Penny's Place Boutique Bakery: Valley Center, California; Penny started baking custom cookies in the early 90’s for her catering business and tea room. In addition to being an artist, cookies are an extension of her canvas. Penny's Place uses only high quality ingredients. All cookies are specifically tailored to each order and created from scratch. We can customize colors to match certain themes of your event, corporate logos, messages, etc. All colors and designs are FDA food color approved.
